This week, I’m going to be covering the death of Jared Hires who was a very well known and loved member of the diving community and general manager of Dive Rite who died this week on a dive in the Plura Cave system in Norway which is the same cave system as the 2016 documentary Diving into the unknown where a team of divers risk their lives and legal repercussions to recover the remains of their friend who also died in the cave system.

Now, I’m going to be reading through the DAN preliminary accident analysis and explaining anything that may be complicated
